Robert Binzley is a .net Architect in northeast Ohio and is an MCSD.net.   He holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information and Decision Systems from Case Western University and is currently working with clients in the area architecting and implementing .net based systems.  Robert has worked on both large and small systems, both in VB.net and C#  (although he prefers C# especially when working with LINQ).  He has worked using  WPF, ASP.net WCF and wholly middle tier software.  Robert has also had significant experience with SQL Server, both in designing database layouts and creating and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.

Robert started his career with Accenture back when it was known as Andersen Consulting and has also done extensive work with Progressive Insurance and the Ridge Tool Company, a subsidiary of Emerson Electric.

In the last few years Robert has come to realize the importance of actively unit testing, not only for the benefits of having tested code, but also for the architectural benefits gained from writing code that is testable.  Promoting testability leads to high cohesion and loose coupling, both good things.
